RETURN POLICY
Returns on beauty products of all kinds must be disposed of, for health and safety reasons. To reduce waste and maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction, we provide a 30-day, One-time, return policy on Home Fragrance and unopened or unused products.
No returns or exchanges on perfumes and opened or used products. No exceptions.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Gift Cards, Acessories, Sale or other promotional items.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Please contact hello@edanugo.com to report if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include a photo, as well as your order number. Our support team will respond back with replacement details.
RETURN PROCESS
Email hello@edanugo.com with your order number with your notice of items that you would like to return. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Material Authorization (RMA), and the appropriate address to mail the items to.
Any refund will be process for the product charges ONLY. We do not refund shipping charges.
All authorized refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 days of receiving your item. All return or exchange packages must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date and RMA must be inside of the box. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders with a subtotal $75 over include complimentary standard shipping in the U.S. For orders under $75, we offer a flat rate of $6.95 for standard shipping within the US.
We do not currently offer expedited or international shipping. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur and additional shipping at checkout relative to market rate.
Gift Cards are delivered electronically.
Please note, all shipping options do not account for processing time of up to 3 business days. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped 1-3 business days from the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow extra time for tracking updates and final delivery. In rare cases, you may not have tracking visibility – orders may arrive before tracking becomes available.
